The Japan-Romania Music Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") will comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and related laws and regulations, as well as national guidelines and other standards, regarding the handling of personal information, and will strive to handle such information appropriately by establishing the following privacy policy.

- When our organization acquires personal information, we strive to clarify the purpose of use and acquire personal information through lawful and fair means.

- The personal information acquired by our organization will be used within the scope of the purposes of use indicated at the time of acquisition (including use within a scope reasonably related to those purposes) and the following purposes.

- Our organization will not provide personal information provided by our customers to third parties. Our organization will maintain the accuracy and currency of personal information, manage it securely, and take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent loss, alteration, or leakage of personal information.

- If a request is made by an individual regarding the disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, suspension/erasure of use, suspension of provision to third parties, or notification of the purpose of use of personal information held by our organization, in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information," we will verify the identity of the person making the request and respond appropriately.
- 5. Staff training and supervision
- When our organization allows staff to handle personal information, we implement continuous personal information protection measures to ensure the secure management of personal information, and we also provide appropriate supervision of our staff.
- 6. Revision of the Personal Information Protection Policy, etc.
- Our organization may revise its Privacy Policy to ensure the effective implementation of personal information protection. Any revisions to the Privacy Policy will be posted on our website.
